Looking to Volunteer?

Interested in volunteering? We’re looking for any adults (21+) who love Jesus and love kids. More specifically, we’re looking for those who love Jesus for what He did on the cross for us and also love seeing kids fall in love with that same Jesus. We ask for at least a one-year commitment.

Steps to Volunteering

1. Download the Volunteer Application here and fill it out completely. Once you’ve completed the application, submit the application either personally to our church office or via e-mail to (ekklesia521@gmail.com).

2. Once we’ve received your application and reviewed it, we’ll contact you as soon as possible in order to start the process of us getting to know you better and vice versa. This will help both you and the ministry team to get a feel of whether or not Ekklesia521 will be a good fit for you.

Ministry Team

Left to Right: Kevin Lee, Stacy Lee, Hanna Kim, Michael An, Linda Kim, John Park, Daniel Park

Description of Responsibilities:

Here at Ekklesia521, we want to welcome any and all who fit the requirement above and don’t seek to squeeze anybody into any mold that they and/or we might regret later on. Instead, we want to encourage any and all to use any gifts that God has specifically given them to contribute to the ministry – whether that’s to help out with the music or to just be there and radiate the love of Christ to these kids.

However, as the need arises, there are certain specific roles that need to be filled. Currently, we are in need of the following:

Community Group Leader: These people are in the front lines of our ministry. They have the potential to have a profound impact on their students' lives on a daily basis. Responsibilities include: leading a group of high school students in discussion and accountability, contacting students each week, and building Gospel-centered relationships with them.
